Return Policy

At Comfort Home Furnishing UK Limited, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Below, you’ll find all the details about our return, refund, and exchange policies.


We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at cs@chfbedding.co.uk. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.


Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately at cs@chfbedding.co.uk. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to their nature. These include:


  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges! The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at cs@chfbedding.co.uk.


There is no restocking fee for eligible returns, and refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
